| Customer Experience So, hubby is working with a friend to fix up an old pop machine that friend purchased for $200 from some guy on Craig’s List who had it setting outside his shop for several years. I didn’t see it originally, but am told it looked pretty bad, but still worked. So last night I went with hubby to watch he and his friend finish it up. They’ve done a good job cleaning/repainting it. Anyway…we couldn’t figure out how to program it. Instruction sheet was deteriorated (but said, see service manual), it had no service manual, and no serial/model # for the machine itself. So I’m thinking… hmmmm could VendnetUSA.com help? Sure enough, we found the 1995 parts manual, but not a service manual (one was close, but no cigar). Anyway, the parts manual had enough info they figured out how to get the dispensing to work. And by 11 pm last night, we had soda dispensing! It still is missing some parts (like 2 of the 8 bins are missing electronics/buttons). So with the convenient online parts manual from VendnetUSA.com, the friend will likely be ordering parts through you in the near future. Here we were as consumers with no idea what to do with this old, non-labeled vending machine. And because of all the work you’ve put into your site, it came up as a top result on Google, and provided the information we were looking for, and gleaned a new customer because of it. Kudos!
