Ben Hoffman

Ben has been part of Vendet team since 2018.  He is responsible the customer success of our national accounts while overseeing day-to-day operations and project management within Vendnet.

Karen Jacobe

Karen has been with the Wittern Group since 2007. She started her career in Production Control, working closely with our Press, Welding, and Paint departments, directing Manufacturing on demand and inventory control. Karen joined the Vendnet team in 2020. Karen most often works with customers on the phone assisting with part inquiries and orders. 

Karen lives south of the Des Moines Metro on a farm with her husband and son. They have many farm animals, the subject of some fantastic stories. Karen likes sharing fresh produce and eggs with the team. In her free time, she enjoys horseback riding with her husband.

Ted Tufty

Ted Tufty has been in the vending business since 2003, working as a vendor operator for 6 years and joining the Wittern Group in 2009. He is the Project Manager of Vendnet and keeps himself busy by starring in the technical help videos, answering phones, and coordinating the knowledge management of our expansive line of machines. His many roles include partnering with Sales, Manufacturing, and the Quality division. Ted has an extensive background in IT, including a Master’s of IT Project Management and multiple Bachelor’s degrees related to IT. His 10 years of IT experience to guide his leadership of the Greenlite Card Reader system. 

Stacey Oliver

Stacey is a valuable resource for our customers and our team. As a Greenlite Technical Advisor, Stacey provides customer support for different card reader options. She assists with the initial stages of setting up customer accounts and the details and specifics of the card reader plan or package type. Once customers physically have the device and need help, Stacey can provide them with assistance. In addition, Stacey helps our customers smoothly transition to their upgraded devices.

Stacey is passionate about giving back to the community in her free time and is involved with a Women’s Recovery House. She also enjoys spending time with her family and crafting with her Cricut

Barb Reid

Barb has been a part of the Wittern Group since 2009. She previously worked with National Vending and recently joined the Vendnet team as a Technical Advisor. Over the phone, Barb provides part information and order support to customers. She also provides help and assistance to customers who need assistance in troubleshooting their machines. 

One of Barb’s favorite things about working as a Vendnet Technical Advisor is being able to work with and help take care of customers’ problems. In her free time, she enjoys living a healthy lifestyle and exercising.

Rory Tierney

Rory is Vendnet’s Service Network Manager and has been a part of the team since 2022. Rory is responsible for providing customers with onsite repairs and assistance. He is here for customers who need more guidance and is dedicated to providing quality help and resolving service issues and questions. 

In addition to providing onsite technical help, Rory works on quoting customer onsite repairs, creating work orders, and onboarding new technicians. Outside of work, Rory is an Archer. He enjoys bowhunting, playing disc golf, and video games.
